	Organizes information technology subject matter into a modular format and translates the content to performance objectives.
	Develops client specific examples, sample programs, exercises, and skeleton programs; this information is integrated into the CETi courseware library.
	Provides an instructor training program for presenting IT subject matter in technology driven training classroom environments.
